This website was not designed with a particular web browser in mind, and should therefore work equally well with most browsers. In particular, this page does not use any proprietary extensions to HTML.

This site was also designed to be accessible, and contains no frames. It contains no JavaScript, but it does rely rather heavily on CSS. The source documents are in XML, and are translated into HTML by Xalan. The various language translations are contained within the same document. The server is running RedHat, and the web pages are served by Apache.
